With over 100 million dollars of inventory and manufactured products moving through the factory, having proper processes and systems are of utmost importance to constantly deliver top quality products. We have over 20 engineers focused on our research and development and over 200 employees occupied with the production and quality of your next large LED TV screen or LED wall display. As the majority of our manufacturing is automated, the bulk of the production is with machine calibration and component testing.
Once the screen is fully manufactured, it enters a burn-in test phase where video is played for about 100 hours to ensure all components are fully functioning to specification before it is Adgen quality approved.
